Salon Design - Case Study - Strip Hair Removal Experts - Soho London W1

As specialist salon designers, we were approached by Strip Hair removal experts in the complete re-design & re-fitting of their Soho wax studio in 2022. Strip embarked on a rebranding exercise and complete re-imagination of their in-store customer experience. Reis provided a 3 stage salon interior design & management service:

Stage 1 - Concept Design - During this stage we worked with Strip to interpret their design brief into a vibrant, engaging salon envionment that focussed upon refining core salon operations so that everyday functions become elevated to an 'artform'. We provided conceptual design services including master planning, concept development & 3D visualisation.

Stage 2 - Detailed Design - The detailed design process translates the concept design into a detailed design specification. This process includes all construction detail including mechanical & electrical layout plans, decoration details and detailed lighting proposals. We carefully considered the detailed requirements of Strip's hair removal operational process. This resulted in the creation of a number of bespoke fixture designs that were developed as part of the detailed design package. The detailed specification pack then enabled a competitive tendering process to ensure the best value is delivered.

Stage 3 - Design Management - Reis design provided design management support throughout the construction phase, acting as the clients' agent in liason with contractors, suppliers & managing the statutory local authority planning & building control applications. The project was successfully completed within programme & budget.
